Not really an "attempt" but in the final episode, Ranboo calls out to the audience to let him die, so he's showing suicidal ideation due to the situation.

Technically no (spoilers ahead), but there is a scene where someone is hanging by a noose. Not by their own will, but still freaked me out a bit.

S3 E7: A man has tried to kill himself - due to his family having been killed in a fire - just before the episode starts, and we're told that it was his third attempt. He's been failing because a supernatural entity won't let him die. Soon after, we see him jump into a huge pot of boiling water; again, it doesn't kill him, but it leaves him badly burned. Later on, another man points a gun at his own temple and pulls the trigger - because his son and wife have been murdered - but the gun doesn't fire.

(No specific spoilers) There are mentions of a “suicide” and method, and a body, BUT it is quickly revealed not to be a suicide. So no actual suicide, but there are mentions.

Clarification for another comment - I believe Niffty was jumping off the building to join the others in a fight, not to unalive herself. But there are plenty of background characters that act violently toward themselves in the same episode when Zestial and Alastor are speaking to each other outside (it has something to do with their status as overlords I think?)

The character expresses no longer willing to live in a certain version of herself, willing to endure extensive suffering to no longer live in her life anymore, ultimately tries to kill a version of herself. Not a traditional suicide attempt by any means, but could be interpreted as suicidal ideation in certain ways.
