Because my boyfriend can’t deal with any movies in which an animal ever feels sad or worried or rejected or unloved and we aren’t allowed to watch them! It would be good to know in advance if it’s safe...

E3: Near the end of E3, there are chimps that have been locked in cages and had horrible experiments done on them. They seem more enraged than sad about it, but I feel like the suffering of animals probably ties into this trigger.

E4: A cat sorta mews at his dead owner in E4, it could be read as sad. Nothing super obvious or overt.

A chimpanzee is shown being docile and confused after having a violent episode. The chimpanzee is shot down soon afterwards while he appears to be interacting with a character in a friendly manner.
