Is someone homeless?
A friend of mine has severe anxiety that is triggered by the premise of being homeless, due to trauma from having been homeless themself. It would be extremely helpful if there was some way to know which pieces of media have homeless characters, or characters that become homeless at some point so that my friend can avoid re-living this trauma. An example of this happening is in the movie A Dog's Journey.

Not homeless in the typical sense but most of season five is spent on the road without shelter, a steady food source, etc. Because of the outbreak virtually none of the characters have a “home” anymore.

There is a man in season 2, who is shown briefly when Allison wanders into an alleyway and he is seen urinating. She apologizes to him, and he sort of grunts and walks away, pushing a shopping cart with assorted things in it. He is not explicitly stated to be homeless, but I believe the scene paints the picture of him being homeless clearly enough.

At the beginning there are a lot of homeless people who are shown to be violent, addicts, mentally ill etc. They are very threatening to the main character.
We also see the main character living in terrible conditions, then have his home destroyed and he leaves. This isn't resolved but could resemble some people's experience of becoming homeless.

The character of Old Man McGucket lives at the dump. He is mistreated by some of the local teens with the little property he has getting spray painted, but I don't remember what episode this happens in. His homelessness is explicitly caused by a mental decline and others shunning him for it, if that impacts you. In the end he does get a house.
