I would say yes because Ben grows up to lose weight and that is a source of contention and fear for him with Pennywise, that he will always be the fact kid. This doesn’t fit the typical stereotype of body dysmorphia, but his shame and being shamed by pennywise may cause issues for some.

Ep 90 deals pretty heavily with people who hate their bodies and are exercising obsessively to change them, as well as turning that theme up in body-horror contexts. A few other episodes dip into the same theme for a few lines

Yes Terry has a lot of body dysmorphia due to being fat before the show took place. He is obsessed with maintaining his perfect body and reacts very strongly to any sort of fat joke.

At one point his wife is concerned with losing baby weight causing Terry, Amy and Gina to go on a comically restrictive diet in solidarity.

This is much of what drives the Elric brothers to get their bodies back for the entire anime, after one losing an arm and leg, and the other losing his whole body — that his soul was attached to a suit of armor. Comparing to real life, clearly those who are severely injured or amputated have trouble accepting their bodies.

Body Dysmorphia Disorder is a body-image disorder characterized by persistant and intrusive preoccupations with an imagined or slight defect in one's appearance. This means that the afflicted person cannot stop thinking negatively about their appearance, or aspects of it. It has nothing to do with shapeshifting.

The Deep has serious body dysmorphia and depression because of his gills, and being assaulted in season 1 episode 7 makes it worse. In season 2 episode 2 he's given a drug that makes him hallucinate that his gills are talking to him, and they give him a long talk about how he has to learn to accept his body the way it is. His distress is very intense.

In S2E3 (44:00) Homelander calls him disgusting and tells him to cover up

A character creates an alternate species persona for herself and is distressed by not fitting the expectations of her actual species, due to the fact she identifies with a term for trans women and shares a body with a male character this may be interpreted as expression of her dysphoria. Another character also discusses dysphoria in the epilogue and detransitions in one route of it.
