The beetles eating the flesh off the bones and the beetles in the jars is just on the edge of triggering. Did not personally both me, but was close.

In the background of the cave in e6. S2e1 Viktor is submerged in slime, which has holed patterns along it. Anyone healed by hextech has a film of web like goo on their skin. Multiplying cancer like cells are shown under a microscope. S2e2 the membrane with the holes appears again and a wild rune matching the appearance appears.
S2e5 a cave is covered in bubbly fungus (bubbles and holes are both types of tryphobia). S2e6 the herald’s architecture features trypophobia. S2e6/7 character have flashes of scopophobia and trypophobia from the hex tech.
S2e7 Jace is teleported to a world full of the remnants of bodies coated in the holes membrane. A little less than half way in, after Jayce crunches his bone into place, he dabs his wounds and the wound has the membrane appearance. (For me trypophobia textures are bad but they are even worse when I see them on skin personally) as a time montage plays out his leg is covered in the membrane. His hand later becomes the same.
Lots of depictions of trypophobia in s2

No, unless you count miniature pimple-like bulges of fire on a nuclear fireball very early in the beginning.
