Goncharov belongs on this site because there is a real story that people have made up which is being shared online. While it is not a real movie, people who think it is a real movie will search for it here. Those people need to know if they will be upset, either by elements within the made-up story, OR by the fact that the film does not exist as a film, even though none of all of the media on this site are fictional, and none of the stories are true.

There's a flashback to Andrey's early years where he was instructed to shoot a horse belonging to an enemy of the mob. Ultimately, he cannot bring himself to do it, and instead sets the horse free. Notably, the horse survives this encounter.

During a shoot out scene in the second act a large dragonfly lands on the barrel of Goncharov's gun. He looks at it and says "here's looking at you, kid," a reference to the famous Humphrey Bogart line said in Casablanca (1942), before firing the gun.

Ice Pick Joe was abused by his father growing up and as an adult, commits many violent acts that could be called abuse

Yes but it’s only mentioned and never graphically shown. One of the characters was very much abused as a child :(

Although there is no explicit mention of "addiction" or "being addicted," characters in the film are frequently seen to be using intoxicants, indicating at least a substance dependancy.

One of the reasons this movie is such a triumph is because it's one of the only movies ever made without sexual assault. Lots of other stuff happens, but it's a breath of fresh air to not have to sit through something so many of us experience. This movie was ahead of it's time in that regard.

It's debatable, but I think "no." A character falls down the stairs and definitely breaks a leg bone, and it's possible that their Achilles tendon was injured, but we don't see enough to really know that. Maybe a doctor would be able to tell.

There's a scene where minor character is being tortured and they threaten to cut off his fingers, but we don't see it happen. We just go to the next scene. It's supposed to be left to you to decide how long the guy resisted and under what circumstances, I think.

This is debatable. Gwendolyn is high and drinking heavily in the last scene we see her in and it's implied she died right after that. While it was from an overdose is unclear though

It’s very blink and you’ll miss it, but in the Pompeii scene, Mario steps on what appears to be an ash-encased depiction of an animal, maybe a rabbit or a bear, and it shatters. Unclear if it was an ancient child’s toy but that’s what I interpreted it as.

Goncharov sarcastically addresses Andrey as "compadre," his tone suggesting there may be something more than friendship between them and alluding to some internalised homophobia, though traditional homophobic slurs are not used.
