the blood and gore seems to be almost(if not) entirely practical effects, so you can often see when an actor gets swapped out for a doll to kill the character - if this will make a difference in how well you'll cope with the gore.

When Chris fights back and starts escaping, the most goriest scene is when the dad removes the old guy’s top part of his head. Then when Chris stabs him with the deer head, and he spits blood everywhere. Chris also stabs Jeremy in the leg a few minutes later. When Georgina attacks Chris in the car later and they crash into a tree and she’s covered in blood. Then later the grandpa shoots Rose in the stomach and her body has blood all over her torso. Then the guy shoots himself, there is a mere blood splatter after that, but then there is a puddle of blood towards his head on the ground. Rose is also shown with blood in her mouth a few minutes after

There is an entire scene where a woman is completely sawed in half in extremely graphic detail, including genital torture. I have never seen such graphic gorey content in any horror movie. This movie is definitely not for the weak of stomach. I'm a grown ass man and I nearly shat myself.

Yes - majority is CGI, but like the other comment says, is probably the most explicitly gory in the MCU so far. [Spoiler for specific moments] Early in the film Strange has a bloody leg wound which the camera lingers on for a few seconds. While CGI, the monster in the New York fight is stabbed through the eye in a quite gruesome way. Many deaths/corpses shown throughout the fighting with some blood. Blood shown on Wanda in a similar way to Carrie from the horror film (mostly dried/in her hair and covering some of her face). Doctor Strange’s corpse/zombie reanimated might be seen as gory to some as well.
The most noticeably gory scene has two characters falling off a cliff to their deaths. One dies on landing, and her face is caved in with blood and pieces of flesh in and around her head. The second doesn't die after falling, but his leg is broken and the bone is showing. Other characters use a mallet to smash his head. The scene is very drawn-out.
There is also a scene in which a man undergoes the prcoess of a blood eagle. He is suspended from the ceiling and his back is flayed open. His lungs, still breathing, have been removed through his back. His eyes were replaced with flowers.
