This movie contains 16 potentially triggering events.
While no sexual assault takes place, a woman is heckled during a performance and told to show her underwear.
The owner of the Gaslight Cafe also implies a woman slept with him to get a character a gig.
We never see a character fall to his death or even meet the character, but he is mentioned a few times and it is revealed he committed suicide by jumping off the George Washington Bridge
no, however after theres a thud in the bathroom and llewyn heads out of the stall, there is a man seizing on the floor and it looks like hes drooling or something which put me off a bit but it wasnt terrible
Llewyn is very clearly affected by his friend's suicide. While he performs a song, somebody harmonizes with him the same way his friend did and he freaks out about it.
The film has a very ambiguous ending, with the main character ending up exactly as he began. Depression is a major theme and he never gets treatment, but Llewyn finally acknowledges he is depressed.
