Miles hit the spider before it died (I don't remember if they show that part in this film) but it's unconfirmed if it was hurt by that as the death seems to have happened by cellular deterioration.

Miles is put in a chokehold by Miguel and Scarlet Spider during the big chase scene. There are also a few moments of panic where Miles is breathing extremely hard, these are when he gets trapped by Miguel in the red hologram and also near the end of the film when he escapes.

Also, when Miles glitches it can seem like he struggles to breathe and is breathing hard afterwards due to the pain.

Miguel is about to bite a villain early in the movie, but he gets stopped by police. The intention wasn’t to eat/hurt them though, as he isn’t a vampire. His fangs would only paralyse them.

The most startling parts are at the beginning and the end. MAJOR: The police, including Gwen's dad Captain Stacy, surround the Guggenheim Museum, and then there's an explosion; I believe it's after the Captain says something to the effect of, "How did he sneak into the Guggenheim?" Everything else listed below isn't nearly as jumpy. MINOR: While Captain Stacy has Spider-Gwen at gunpoint, he shoots a warning shot in the air. MODERATE: Like in the first film, there are a few points where a character randomly glitches out because they're outside their home dimension (and don't have a special wristband to prevent the glitching). MINOR: While walking through the Spider-Society for the first time, after they pass by Scarlet Spider a.k.a. Ben Reilly, a horse suddenly neighs right into Miles' face (and at the camera). MINOR: While [REDACTED] is sitting with someone else on a dark rooftop, a shadowy figure swoops in from the sky and punches them. MAJOR: Towards the end, [REDACTED] is tied up and pleads with their captor for a good while, until the captor punches something really hard.

Strictly speaking, no. There are holding pens used to secure anomalies until they can be sent home. Since most of them are villains, they can't be allowed to walk around freely or given a day pass. The pens also keep their molecules stable.

Spot (a main antagonist) is not explicitly stated to be mentally ill by any means, but I believe his behavior might hit close to home for some schizospec viewers: he says weird things that don't make sense to other characters (for example, off-handedly calling the collider accident "the creation event", to which Miles visibly reacts with confusion) and seems to have an understanding of his situation that may border on delusional (blaming Spider-Man for what happened to him/seems to believe he has a specific kind of relationship with him (that they're nemeses) when Miles doesn't actually know him at all). He's made fun of and treated like the butt of the joke at the start of the movie, though is definitely taken seriously by the end.

Very borderline. The main plot revolves around how every spider-man story is built on the foundation of the death of someone close to them and preventing this from happening will be “breaking a canon event” (actual in-film term) and result in the destruction of that respective universe.

While Gwen looks at a photo of miles, there’s a sign that says “protect trans kids” so quite the opposite. Ultimate Jessica Drew is also addressed with the correct pronouns during the film.

There is a obese spider man (earth x Peter Parker), he’s the one with the marathon sign and gritty art style, but there is no jokes about him and he is treated with respect throughout the course of the film.

There's a joke where Spot tells Spider-Man India that he's looking for enlightenment when they're fighting in Mumbaihattan. Spider-Man India calls this out as a stereotype and Spot apologizes, seemingly unaware of the connotations before. At the school meeting, the counselor incorrectly states that Rio and Jefferson are immigrants before they correct her.

There's a flashback to Prowler getting murdered early on but it's not the first death flashback and happened in the previous film.

Yes. Sun Spider (who uses a robotic wheelchair to swing around) has Ehlers Danlos syndrome. It is portrayed in a positive light as Sun Spider and Miles have a conversation about how big of a fan Sun Spider is of Miles.

It is implied that Gwen is homeless after being displaced from her reality. She talks about crashing in other universes.

During one of the flashback scenes, there's an unmasked Spider-Man that seems to have blood and cuts on his face (taken from The Amazing Spider-Man and thus live-action, not animated). Without spoiling anything, this is during a scene where 2099 talks to Miles.

A big explosion goes off as Spot escapes into earth 1610. As a result this causes half of the city to collapse in earth 50101 (Mumbattan) with an incursion on the way. The incursion shown in Miguel’s flashback can also be considered a nuclear explosion as everything except him is completely obliterated by glitches.
