The story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency's ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.
This movie contains 69 potentially triggering events.
Eggsy's dog JB was unharmed and is living happy, despite the twist where Eggsy was told to shoot him (it was later found they were blanks). Harry's dog died of old age before the events of the film.
A dog was mentioned to have been killed by his owner as a test for his training, but it was later revealed that the gun was a blank, and the reason the dog died was because he died of some disease which lead to him being stuffed. I hope this was helpful
Yes, about half way through the movie harry heart (played by collin firth) shaves his face due to having been in a coma for weeks to months (it isn't specified)
while there is a lot of violence that might be tortuously painful, there isn't a scene where someone is slowly, intentionally causing pain to get information or anything like that
after being stabbed in the final sequence of the movie, the villain falls from a balcony into a room and dies on the floor, but he likely dies from the stabbing, not the fall
The film's antagonist has a chronic fear of blood. It's mentioned several times throughout the film that the sight of blood would make him vomit, and he finally does so in a graphic fashion during the film's climax
the audio gore is really minimal. the visual gore is really stylized (like Tarantino films but even less graphic in my opinion). there's a lot of violence and death with sound effects but it's mostly played to contrasting/ironic upbeat music during long absurd sequences.
no, but people die by electrocution (it's not very graphic and it's quick and played in the same style of broad humor as the rest of the film's violent interludes)
Yes, however its not related to her mental illness
eggsy's mother is implied to be mentally ill due to an abusive relationship and is affected by the V chip and becomes violent (everyone nearby does though)
More than one. I was especially bothered by a scene in which a section (maybe 3x3 meters?) of the floor of a room turns out to work as an elevator, which goes down and down and doooown through a "tightfitting" shaft consisting of solid brick walls. When it's finally done going down, the two persons who were on it step off, walk a few meters, then enter a two-person transport "capsule" (horisontally cylindrical with two opposing seats) that closes before speeding through a tunnel. We see the capsule door sliding shut from the outside.
There's a baby/toddler who appears in the second scene of the movie and again in a couple more scenes, I think, notably one (well, it switches back and forth) near the end in which she's in mortal danger and crying from fear.
there's a double amputee with extremely over powered fighting skills who fights with her knife running blades. if you're tired of the super-abled trope steer clear, she's pretty cool tho
SPOILER-------------towards the end, people's heads explode in a long sequence, in an almost comical theatrical way, and the explosions kind of look like the mushroom cloud of nuclear explosion. (No actual nuclear explosion)
