A motor-mouthed outsider with no memory of his past is offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With the help of a badass axe-wielding car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a deranged clown who drives an all too familiar ice cream truck.

Child actor kills dog with knitting needles in the first four minutes of episode seven. You don’t see the dog (friendly golden retriever) getting stabbed but you hear it whimper, and the boy’s face is splashed with blood. Everyone starts screaming. Episode 7, the scene is the cold open before the title card. It’s not brought up again so just skip the first four minutes or when you see the dog comes onstage fast-forward to the title card. I found the show pretty entertaining, but I could’ve done without that.
as of season 1 no but Sweet Tooth is portrayed as having DID in the games and it is misrepresented. This may be carried over into later seasons but as it stands currently it is unclear if he is still written as someone with DID
There’s a smash cut from John looking at a baby seal to him cooking a steak, implying that he’s eating the seal. You never see it harmed and the steak doesn’t look like the seal more like a generic slab of meat
Full body of deceased deer shown in the road with insides showing- Season 1 Episode 9- skip when Quiet is driving in the car and looks down at map until scene where John is back on screen.
Many characters have fingers ears and other body parts removed and worn as jewelry by the rich. A main character is missing her finger because of this, but we do not see her lose it on screen. Someomes ear is cut off on screen however
A woman and her brother are told by a horrible asshole in a cop uniform (and a few goons, all with guns) that one of them has to die by a gun he gives them. The brother holds hands with her, then quickly shoots himself in the head so that his sister won’t be the one to die. If that’s not sacrificing himself, I don’t know what is.
There is a scene where John doe is still feeling hungover and begins running after people. No actually V happening just some dry sounds. 4:10 for about 15-20 seconds to be safe.
John travels places in his car, and he has a strong desire to have a safe home. One of the characters promises this a reward for him delivering a package. Many other characters are also homeless
