An early scene establishing the villains has them track down a Mexican couple, shooting the pregnant wife in the stomach in front of her shocked husband. He dies shortly after.

The villains are pretty obviously anti-Mexican and anti-immigration, which is a key part of their villainy. There's a sequence early on of them shooting a pregnant woman and her husband, which is followed by an in-universe political ad that is explicitly racist. However, they are the villains and we're clearly not meant to like them, so if you want to see them get taken down in gruesome ways this is your movie.

A woman and her mother make porn together, as in, participating in a three-way with each other plus a man that they're recording. The woman's father also has an inappropriate interest in her that he confesses to but doesn't act on.

It's present throughout, and people do die from it.
