Memento
Movie • 2000 • Mystery
ReportLeonard Shelby is tracking down the man who raped and murdered his wife. The difficulty of locating his wife's killer, however, is compounded by the fact that he suffers from a rare, untreatable form of short-term memory loss. Although he can recall details of life before his accident, Leonard cannot remember what happened fifteen minutes ago, where he's going, or why.
This movie contains 49 potentially triggering events.

Technically, there isn't. But for a large part of the movie, the viewer is led to believe that one of the characters is being abused by her partner off-screen.

No, but in true Nolan fashion, the nearest woman is killed for shock value so the Very Important Man can feel sad over it.

Someone snorts cocaine once. Aftereffects are not seen.
Plot points also revolve around drug dealers, but that is the only incidence of drug use.

No vomit at all, at 1h22m there is some spitting if it triggers you but only for a few seconds, it's when they are in a bar and do it for a bar bet.

the protagonist has a short-term memory loss condition, not autism. he gets called a freak and the r-slur for it, though, which are often insults for autistic people and therefore could still be potentially triggering.

A character lets another character do something to her that he doesn't realize will kill her if he does it enough times. She hopes he will realize it in time but he doesn't.
