Sort of yes, but mostly sort of no. Only some monsters wear clothes, so it's really unclear as to why some do but most others don't. Clothes are kind of treat like an accessory, like wearing a necklace. Even though most of the monsters are nude, there are no genitals or breasts on them.

(Minor Spoiler) Monsters are being taught how to scare children, however only one human child is shown being scared. (At the very start of the movie)

No, although the executive director (John Lasseter) has reportedly sexually harassed/assaulted people.

While it isn’t said, the movie and main character can be viewed as a metaphor for disability, and some behavior towards the main character can be seen as ableist.

It could be interpreted that what one of the main characters does towards the end was done because of suicidal ideation.

While there isn’t any ableism as it applies to humans, I would argue that a lot of the bullying Mike faces could be classified as ableism. I’ve seen many people argue that Mike’s story in this movie is an allegory for disability. If you see it that way/were bullied or mistreated based on your abilities (for Mike it’s being scary) this could be triggering for you. At one point a lead character even makes the remark that “Scariness is the the true measure of a monster. If you’re not scary, what kind of a monster are you?”.

The scene does have a joke about how the character in question is "your brother who is also marrying your mother", however.
