After a global war, the seaside kingdom known as the Valley of the Wind remains one of the last strongholds on Earth untouched by a poisonous jungle and the powerful insects that guard it. Led by the courageous Princess Nausicaä, the people of the Valley engage in an epic struggle to restore the bond between humanity and Earth.
This movie contains 24 potentially triggering events.
there are several scenes where insects are shown getting shot, blasted, or otherwise attacked which they may have ambigiously died from. there is also a scene where a place is littered with the corpses of already-dead ohmu," or giant isopod-like insects. there is also a flashback where the main character has a baby ohm she is protecting taken away from her, highly implied to have been killed after the flashback cuts off, and there is a potentially very upsetting scene where a baby ohm is shown in immense pain riddled with bullets and spurting large amounts of blood, but this ohm does not die and eventually is healed of its wounds.
This movie is literally trypophobia hell there are holes in almost every shot. Small, big, SUPER clustered. I had to look away so frequently. If trypophobia can stop you from watching something, this would be the one to skip.
