If you are emetophobic, timestamp to skip is 34:55-35:10. In case timestamps are different on different streaming services, it is when Heather goes to the morgue and asks to see the body for a second time. I'm extremely emetophobic and the scene bothered me a bit as it is pretty realistic, however it is very quick. Another scene to skip is at 1:13:05-1:13:45. A character spews vomit? Sludge? Either way, it triggered my emetophobia a bit. Slightly more disgusting than the previous instance.

There's a specific scene where a character convulses, and there's a lot of spit involved. Some close ups on spit bubbles and the like.

Technically it's the hospital, but there is a lot of talk of schizophrenia and mental illness along with sending someone away

Debatable. Heather and Dylan display symptoms of PTSD but it's never explicitly said that have it.

It's really hard to give a straight answer to this question. It's about real life actors of the original Nightmare on Elm Street movie, Heather Langenkamp and Robert Englund, and its director, Wes Craven, playing fictionalized versions of themselves. The movie is about Freddy Krueger becoming a reality outside of the movies. It's meta, but I personally wouldn't say it's breaking the fourth wall. It does however blend reality with fiction, which can be upsetting to those who have a hard time differentiating fiction from reality.
