There is a scene where Narcissus gets on top of Lori and I believe there's an assault implied, but this doesn't happen in the book and there's no real reason this scene happens but at least it's short
The movie is literally written and directed by a gay man based on a book written by a gay man, the movie is clearly about LGBT identities and their struggles with being persecuted throughout history and how often they face violence from police, so technically while nothing is explicit, the characters are still placeholders for LGBT identities and if you are LGBT yourself then you will certainly understand what I mean. Just keep this in mind while watching.
The first people to get murdered are a fat father and mother. Before it happens, the scene shows the father cuddling his wife and saying that he loves that he is fat and he loves that she is too. It’s irrelevant to the rest of the story and seems to be played off as a joke given what follows.
