I agree with the other commenter - I'm super sensitive to animal violence, but the only scene anyone could mean is at the end (around 1:47:00 for maybe 10-15 seconds), and it's not even recognizable as a real animal of any kind; might just be a vision of some demonic being.
Edited to add: I did some research and apparently what we're shown is a reference to a jackal that is a plot point in the original Omen film. Still, in this one, we're shown almost nothing and it doesn't come off as a literal animal being harmed.

Spider descriptions for cautious arachnophobes (written by a lifelong spider-fearer):
The first spider appears at 31:28. It is a closeup, so despite the spider being extremely small when we eventually zoom out, it looks large on the screen. It has thick legs, is primarily brown and black, and fuzzy. It moves its legs a little bit before we zoom out at 31:33 and we see it crawl off of a sleeping character's face. It looks like nothing but a gray dot as it walks off due to how small it is. By 31:37, it has disappeared completely.
Second spider scene begins at 1:04:08. It's an overlay of up-close baby spiders gathered together. They're white, smooth (not fuzzy), stubby-legged, and there's accompanying rustling noise which makes the scene more visceral, IMO. The scene ends at 1:04:25.
Third (and final) spider scene begins at 1:26:01. It's another closeup of a spider on the larger side. It's crawling across a woman's bare stomach. It's dark brown, thick, with medium legs, and is very fuzzy. The spider is no longer visible by 1:26:11.
Subjective opinions:
These scenes didn't affect me very much. I primarily fear large, smooth, long-legged spiders (think daddy-long-legs/orb spiders/harvestmen). The scenes are extremely short, so simply closing your eyes is definitely an effective option.

Tw// Spoilers //
This is a major theme throughout this movie. While the scene is never 100% explicitly shown. It is shown through flashbacks and extended implied scenes. The SA is not with a human character, but some type of creature (without spoiling too much).
There is also a scene where the main character (Margret) is freaking out and is having a vision, the same creature is shown grabbing her breast unconsentually

This is a bit debatable as the minor is not directly sexualized. But a character asks a minor if anything has ever been done to her. And also there is talk of waiting until a minor character is either of age or in this case of age to have a child.

Mild spoilers:
When Margaret is in the car with father Brennan and the other priest (I’ve forgotten his name) after leaving his apartment, she will start to heave in the car. (you will know with plenty of warning) She will throw up what looks like water. The car then crashes.
She will get out the car, and will start having a ‘fit’. During the fit, you can see white liquid visible in her mouth which I assume is throw up.

There is no end credits scene. Everything that happens at the end of the film happens before the credits roll.
