As a child, the vampire protagonist served as "collateral" in an alliance with humans. This meant that she was sent to live with humans and a human child was sent to live with vampires, and if violence ever broke down between the two groups, the collateral children would be killed first. This didn't end up happening, but the constant threat of death shaped the protagonist's psychological development for sure.
In general, the protagonist's dad doesn't really seem to care about her and only interacts with her when he can benefit in some way.

I think this is subject to interpretation, but I would argue no. The protagonists are technically different species (a vampire and a werewolf). However, in the worldbuilding of the book, it appears that vampaires, werewolves, and humans are all different species of hominids, meaning they're not that different from one another. The protagonists never have sex while the werewolf is in wolf form.

For much of her life, the vampire protagonist shaved her canine teeth each week because she was living among humans and didn't want to scare them. She stops doing this after her wedding, but the tooth shaving is brought up from time to time, including one especially painful instance.

There are a few scenes where werewolves shift from human to wolf, and their fingers elongate and grow claws. It's not considered mutilation, but it might still be uncomfortable to picture/think about

Spoiler: the protagonist's father is disposed of at some point after the final conflict, but she leaves it up to her brother to decide what to do with him. It's ambiguous whether he killed the father or punished him in some other way

Very brief mentions: someone does the sign of the cross when encountering the vampire protagonist. Another character asks if crosses burn her skin.

The protagonist's best friend goes missing. She insists to everyone that her friend wouldn't leave voluntarily without telling her, and others gaslight her about this. It turns out the friend was indeed kidnapped
