Season 1 Episode 5, goes missing around 23 minutes in and body is seen on screen at around 26 minutes. vague mentions through rest of the series but good to continue watching after 28 minutes!
Some racism toward Sal from the general public (he was assumed to be the murderer.) I recall a poster saying 'Beauty and the Beast' regarding the two teens.
There's a flashback of someone when homeless, before being taken and held captive. You can skip 4+ minutes into episode 6 to skip that retelling with flashbacks.
SPOILERS / plot notes for folks who skip:
All you need to know from that first 5 minutes of ep 6 is that the teacher killed Salil and the police came, arresting him and helping the woman he held captive.
Throughout the series, Pip is sent threatening notes (and at one point, sent one while the person was watching.) Also worth noting that a friend tracks her phone near the end of episode 6 (I've had a stalker do this to me but in this case, I'm glad, tbh.)
S1E5, Pip's dog is murdered, based off of another person's tip. She finds him on the side of the road when going home after they were out looking, around 26 or 27 minutes. It seems the creators just had the dog playing the role lay down (no blood or anything, just lying on grass.)
The investigation reveals inappropriate relationships involving the teen victim. There's some hinting, the 'Secret Older Guy' codename (though there are multiple.) I'm on the last ep and no flashbacks of those relationships but they are discussed.
Around 18 minutes into episode 3, but someone stops him before it gets bad.
Details:
He touches her chin, she's trapped against a wall, some struggle but no kiss or anything else happens / they are interrupted before it gets worse.
I think ep 5 is when we learn that statutory r*pe happened in the past with Andie with an officer. There is a 'Secret Older Guy' (not sure which it's referring to, given we find out about multiple and I haven't finished the series.) The other we learn about near the end of episode 5.
Within the first few minutes, a story is told in a flashback, and it describes this happening to someone (we don't see it happen, but it was intentionally done to the person.)

We don't see anything, but during the investigation we learn of inappropriate relationships involving the missing teen (one of which was definitely a huge age gap.) There's an attempted SA at a party during the investigation and, later on, we learn of a SA incident at a party, but the flashback stops before anything happens. The other parties insist it was consensual (it def was not, and the show does not treat SA as ok.)
Time stamp - 40:29 ish
there are flashes to a calamity party and this guy is close to the camera with stuff around his mouth
i assume it’s vomit but the colours of the scene make it hard to see
there’s no need to watch the rest of the episode (cuz it’s only 10 seconds) but beware
nobody is seen or heard v* tho
There's an assumption that someone did (before plot of story) but we later find out that didn't happen. So there are a couple mentions, but this trigger didn't actually happen before or during the plot with any of the characters.
Strobe effects are used at the calamity parties. Most prolonged exposure happens when Pip goes to the party to confront the drug dealer. All other instances are during brief party flashbacks.
Throughout the investigation, Pip gets threatening notes, texts, etc. In ep 5, she gets one that indicates she's being watched at that moment she is reading it.
We learn of a couple 'relationships' during the investigation, with the largest age gap being shared in ep 5. None were treated as ok in the story (with the big one definitely treated as not ok.)
A couple of age-appropriate consensual kisses, some off-screen / mentions of SA, mentions of inappropriate sexual relationships, and some unwanted advances that were interrupted at a party. (Mentioned the potentially-triggering ones in other sections.)
