Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private join forces with undercover organization The North Wind to stop the villainous Dr. Octavius Brine from destroying the world as we know it.

A few small bits - at the beginning of the film, a penguin egg rolls away from the colony. Also, the secret agent animals, known as the North Wind, leave behind many caged penguins to try and formulate a plan. A lone penguin disagrees with this and goes back on his own.

One male character kisses another male character without his consent and for a long time. Male character B is clearly uncomfortable, but it’s supposed to be comedic.

Half starving on a boat, a penguin is said to be trying to eat the other, comedically biting onto his backside. The other tells him to stop it, pushing him away a little, but he readjusts his grip. The focus is then changed to something else.
Eyes are sprayed with octopus ink, rendering the character's eyes covered in purple goo, unable to see but not in distress. The character continues an activity and simply tells another to be their eyes.
Eyes become disfigured, but not goringly.
Skipper, Kowalski and Rico are turned into monsters, but they actually DO NOT DIE. Private lets the three penguins cooperate with him although they are monsters. At the end, nobody is a monster.
There's a scene where Private farts while all four penguins are inside of a small box. Rico spits out several things throughout the movie, Private spits out a paper clip and Skipper (while mutated) spits out a cat.
Vehicles with vaccuming mechanisms drive around, sucking up some characters.
Another vehicle of sorts drives fast into a crowded area. It may be triggering to some, but no one is seen flying or harmed in the process.
