Yes; The husband is possessed and the ghost does a lot of heavy groping that the wife is clearly not chill with and tells him to cut it out/go away numerous times. He then pushes her to the ground and gets on top of her and appears to force kiss her on the neck and grab at her chest some more. Once the husband pukes out the entity, the scene ends!

The cult is found to be buried alive in the sense of the cave under the ground is sealed off and they all die within it since the cult leader does not let them leave. I'd classify that as buried alive.

The son wants a tv set and when the dad says no he says he'll just have to grow up retarded, and the dad says you don't grow up 'retardo' by lacking a tv set. In both cases the word is clearly being used as a slur.

When the dad is drinking a bottle of alcohol there is a worm at the bottom that he swallows. Turns out this worm is a demon that shortly after swallowing grows and forces it's way out of the guys body through his mouth. Pretty triggering, though not necessarily "vomit". It's a big purple blob coming from his mouth. Be cautious. It's still pretty bad. Happens once and the rest of the film is safe. And there's plenty of warning.

There's ableist language. Also a lot of racist stuff about native Americans, though no outright hate speech
