So a little bit yes because when Billy kills someone with a hammer you see like the shadow of it and then some like brain matter with the blood splatter
Nah Billy just gives a kid a bloody box cutter because she was good. It does like look he was about to kill the child through. Also a scene in the beginning has a guy dressed up as Santa tried to kill a young Billy but he escaped and the guy completely ignores Billy’s baby brother.
Billy suffers from severe PTSD from witnessing his parents' murder at the hands of a man dressed as Santa Claus. This going untreated is what leads to his own killing spree.
Quite a bit. Including sexual assault. And just generally a lot of gratuitous nudity. Spoiler:
Sex is very much treated like it’s a “naughty” reason for “punishment” by Billy so it often immediately precedes a kill and leads to the kills involving a lot of sexual content and nudity.
Nobody is stated to have either. There is a character who is shown to be catatonic, but given what happens with them it is unclear whether or not that is genuine.
