episode "legacy" a wife is haunted by a ghost still abusing her and his mother mentions he was abused as a child and further commentary around that (she should've stopped it, etc.)
s1 e5 "Scion" while two boys are kissing they're assaulted by a runner passing by. He doesn't say much or anything "explicit", but it's obvious that homophobia is the reason he split the young romantics apart physically by running through/into them.
s1 e8 "Little Monsters" has a child-eating monster in it. It takes the physicality of a human and is seen "preparing a meal" at the beginning of the episode.
s1 e5 "scion" there are two or three scenes where a woman grabs a guy's leg and breaks it in half intentionally. a loud crack is heard each time and the leg is shown broken briefly each time.
In the first episode after hurting the main woman he starts running into her at shops and even shows up at her work posing as a client and sends gifts to her work. Later it is shown that he sits in a car outside her home and sneaks in to lay in bed with her.
Pretty much the majority of the episode titled "Squirm", plus another episode where a ghost is haunting and still abusing their spouse she says that "everyone looked away" when he hurt her before
The episode "Squirm" features a parasite in a person's body, and for most of the episode she is unsure of what it is and is highly distressed. At the end of the episode the woman's boss gets tapeworms, one of which is pulled out of his eye.
s1 e5 "scion" as a character experiences medical treatments and health declines (cancer is the given reason) there are various medical side effect scenes and a brief one includes a vomit scene.
