You don't see every living thing on the planet die on screen though. So I don't recall any dogs dying onscreen, or the death of an individual dog discussed or implied.
A single horse shows up at one point very briefly, it is the main subject of the scene but it's never harmed nor does it appear distressed
(SPOILER) the horse does kill a person on purpose, though.
(VERY SPOILER) and the horse has a unicorn horn, with which it stabs a person.
I could swear there used to be a bestiality trigger but since I can’t find it… there’s a disturbing scene where a character makes out with a taxidermy wolf head on a dare. The wolf is dead (obviously) but since there is no bestiality trigger, I don’t know where else to put this.
You can see someone burning alive in security camera footage in one scene. However, it's only brief, and is one of many security feeds being shown on screen in the same shot.
Especially near the end, however it starts about halfway through the movie. At the end there are large rooms just covered in blood and dead people. Very graphic.
There are a couple brief scenes with people wearing masquerade masks and moving in an un national way, well not technically mannequins, I could see this upsetting people that don't like mannequins.
The facility briefly sends a small shock to Dana to make her drop her knife, alluding to horror movie clichés where characters use a weapon once and then drop it.
More like outright terror at very real horrifying events. Also, the workers are on edge and get panicked about things not going according to plan before (SPOILERS) all hell literally breaks loose.
The characters are trapped in a somewhat tight elevator. As the camera pans out, countless elevators are shown, all containing different beings trapped inside. Several squirm or seem eager to leave.
SPOILER: Near the end of the movie when the monsters in the lab are released, a lab worker shoots herself in the head to avoid being killed by monsters.
A character is called a wh*re several times and is referred to almost entirely by 'the wh*re' by a group of people in the film. There are no other cases of hate speech and no slurs are used in the film.
A woman unbuttons her shirt, breasts visible as she's about to have sex with her boyfriend.
Early on, when the group arrives at the cabin, one guy gets shirtless in front of the double sided mirror. When he begins to take off his pants, the girl on the other side of the mirror quickly covers up the mirror.
They mention sex a lot and at one point find a two way mirror that allows a dude to see into a girls room as she's undressing. He stops looking but gross all the same. Plus a sex scene with two characters later.
No, but one of the guy's expresses his discomfort in the cellar and wants the others to stop reading the creepy diary but his concerns and fears are brushed aside and his paranoia later on is blamed on him doing weed earlier.
Actions and behaviours by the main characters are shown to be influenced by outside forces. At the end, the characters learn that the events of the movie were orchestrated to follow a particular design, suggesting that their lives are predestined.
