Siblings Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter step through a magical wardrobe and find the land of Narnia. There, the they discover a charming, once peaceful kingdom that has been plunged into eternal winter by the evil White Witch, Jadis. Aided by the wise and magnificent lion, Aslan, the children lead Narnia into a spectacular, climactic battle to be free of the Witch's glacial powers forever.
This movie contains 29 potentially triggering events.
A lion sacrifices himself to be humiliated and killed, and two characters spend time mourning his death; his dead body is shown up close for a long time. Particularly affecting for someone who's had to have a cat put down/watched their own cat die (and even though he comes back, it doesn't help much because your own cat can't come back)
I remember one small jumpscare:
The two female main characters are at a river and refreshing themselves. They start splashing each other with water and laugh. After they stop, the older one of them goes to take the towel from a nearby tree and when she pulls in off of said tree a wolf barks/growls at her. It's nothing major, but is a short jumpscare.
The opening scene shows the London Blitz. As bombs fall, flashes from the explosions are seen. They're not obtrusive and should be fine for photosensitive people.
Multiple short scenes of characters "spying" on others, mostly because the others are their enemies and they must therefore be careful or they are planning an attack. There is no excessive stalking or spying happening.
Nothing big, but one of the main characters rejects a coat ,because it "looks like a coat for a girl", after his brother wants to make him wear a long fur coat that was probably made for women. This comment is made towards the beginning of the film. The character making the comment ends up having to wear that coat, while being visibly annoyed by it and later leaves it behind when he runs away from his siblings to look for the main villain of the movie.
There is a very short moment where it is implied a main character might have drowned (but she's fine); also some of the villainous wolves are swept away by water
