Young Scottish doctor, Nicholas Garrigan decides it's time for an adventure after he finishes his formal education, so he decides to try his luck in Uganda, and arrives during the downfall of President Obote. General Idi Amin comes to power and asks Garrigan to become his personal doctor.

Not exactly shaky but the camera often pans up and down in a strange, stilted way, showing unusual angles (ie, the middle of a person, without their face, and nothing else).
The movie is set in Uganda and the majority of the characters are black, so while technically a black man dies first it's not in the traditional sense of the trope.

the cow also gets killed but id say if you point out only the cow and not the people, then its weird af.
