there is discussion about a character drinking a bottle a night. there are also plenty of scenes in bars/clubs where people drink and get high. not a focus or main conflict of the film though.

[MAJOR SPOILERS]
Just because I found it upsetting I'm writing what happens in much more detail for those who might need it. In the third act when László and Van Buren go to Italy they attend a party in the marble mines. László drunkenly dances with a woman and kisses her before seeing himself away, too drunk to even stand up straight. Van Buren follows him and calls out to him before finding him vomiting and alone in a secluded area. Van Buren insults him before unbuckling his pants and raping László. This scene goes on for a while while the character is slowly and graphically raped in a shot that doesn't cut away. After 45 - 60 seconds Van Buren ends and continues to insult László before the scene ends.
I'll also say there's an earlier part in the film where László's wife Erzsébet gives him a hand job and he continually says no and cries during it. I don't think the film is framing this as a sexual assault, but I took it that way, and could be triggering to some.

Yes, character’s face covered with thin fabric, without prior warning but appears consensual. You see their mouth gasping through the material.

There is an erotic scene where someone has a bedsheet over their face as part of the play. You can see the outline of their mouth as they gasp during the play. They are not actually struggling to breathe but it could easily look that way

In-universe -- as an adolescent the character of Zsofia is stated to have experienced harassment and attempted sexual assault at the hands of soldiers, and as a slightly older teen (age unclear) she's the target of an adult man's unwanted sexual attention. The film itself doesn't frame her or her body in an eroticized manner.

No. Zsofia is not autistic. However, she is targeted and taken advantage of due to being nonverbal (trauma induced mutism). As such, certain scenes may trigger autistic people who have been abused due to being nonverbal. (eg; when Harry begins talking about how Zsofia makes everyone uncomfortable by not responding verbally.)

There is a scene in which a main character is somewhat implied to have died by suicide. There is no depiction of the body or act itself, only other characters frantically searching for the person. The character is not mentioned or depicted again afterwards.

In addition to sexual assault trauma described above, three of the main leads are concentration camp survivors/survivors of antisemitic Nazi violence, with different experiences of physical and psychological trauma. There's not conventional depictions of trauma flashbacks (in the sense of literal cinematic flashbacks showing what the characters are re-experiencing, or onscreen depictions of the camps) but there's emotional distress, anger, nightmares, a character becoming nonverbal, trouble sleeping, and trouble with sexuality/sexual function/intimacy.

During Part 1, there are several montages with archival footage (flickering image with some distortion and light flashes), and a short scene with an old timey porno film (lots of flickers and scratches) being projected. The poster image of machinery sparks flying across Laszlo’s face appears 25 minutes in, including a shot in which the sparks create a strobing effect on a nearby wall.
Halfway through Part 2, there is a sequence including timelapse photography. The 1980 set epilogue is presented VHS-style with video distortion, sudden light and colour changes and brief flashes throughout.

It is a very important part of the film as it centers on a Jewish immigrant who faces numerous micro- and macro-aggressions from particularly the rich, affluent people who employ him.

Sex worker naked in the background, pretty early on. Near the end, after Laszlo comes back from Italy, there are close shots of his wife's body during sex. Female full frontal (breasts and pelvis), male very mild (naked ass in this later scene, top of the pelvis on the first one).

Early on in the movie, a sex worker is trying to give Laszlo a blowjob. The camera focuses on her face near his pelvis, but his pants don't go fully down. On that same scene, another sex worker is standing naked in the background. Later on, a bit after (SPOILER) Laszlo's wife arrives, she tries to initiate sex with him, nothing is really shown but there is some moaning. There's a rape scene, but it happens mostly in the dark (read more on the trigger about this). The more explicit scene comes later, when Laszlo and his wife are at home and they have sex, showing female full frontal nudity.
