Yes, constantly throughout the film. Many scenes of people using drugs, and main character is an addict, experiences withdrawal. One graphic scene of a character preparing drugs and then injecting them with a needle.
Also, major plot point of second half of the film is seeking out/ doing ayahuasca.

Yes- there’s a snake when the men arrive in the jungle. They get to the house- and the snake is in the roofing next to them. It lunges out and scares them (jumpscare) and then slithers off.
Another snake, toward the end of the movie. Same snake in the trailer- an ouroborous.

Yes. Lots of body horror, mostly in the second half of the movie when two characters do ayahuasca and experience hallucinations.
- two characters throw up their own beating hearts
-characters imagine themselves merging together, bodies overlapping and being absorbed by one another, almost wearing each others skin in a way that is visually disturbing, in a very long scene that lasts a few minutes.

Disembodied parts are shown as a part of a dream sequence/ a hallucination- a woman with no legs, and then a few moments later, disembodied feet. Not gory- almost like a mannequin.

The characters aren’t really exclusively with each other as partners, nor did they ever outline their relationship or anything. So there are not the typical “cheating” vibes we see in most hetero-focused media.

At the end of the movie, one character puts a glass on his head, another draws his gun and after a few moments of silence, shoots - the gunshot is very loud and sudden.

Twice during the film
First time at around 37 minutes. Eugene (Drew) and Lee (Daniel) are at Lee’s apartment drinking bourbon. They both cough and splutter when drinking it cause it tastes gross. Lee shows him around the apartment and opens the door to the bedroom. Eugene goes and sits on the bed and downs his bourbon. Lee then tops up Eugenes drink and makes a comment about Eugenes top. Eugene then leans back on the bed. After a couple of seconds Eugene kinda lurches a little and then it cuts to him running to the bathroom to v*. Audio no visual, you see him from behind over the toilet. Very quick and it’s over in about 10 seconds. When he comes back he makes a comment about how he might smell like v*.
They mention v* throughout. SPOILER Lee is an addict and goes through withdrawal at one point. V* only mentioned not shown.
The second line is around 1 hour 45 minutes or 1 hour 47 minutes ish. They take the ayahuasca. It’s called about three different names in the film so look out from the botanist who throws Lee what looks like a small tree branch. She (the botanist) makes tea in the cauldron. Her and her husband perform a ritual with masks on. Lee and Eugene then walk away to a porch. Eugene then lays on the porch and they both joke about how they might have just drunk random leaves and not the drug and they laugh about how they don’t feel anything. Eugene then stands up and they both look at each other for a second. The next part is a little hard to describe so I hope you understand. Lee then bends over and t*u* his own stomach (it looks like a balloon in his mouth or blowing bubble gum). Eugene then also doubles over a t*u* his own stomach. Then they start to v* blood in to the stomach, filling it up. After about 10 seconds it falls from their mouth and on to the floor. It looks like an organ with blood on the floor. I have severe emetophobia and just the audio was not nice, but I could look at the screen. It is completely safe after that the next scene is when one of they both stumble over to the fire and it’s night. I hope that made sense.

Yes, Daniel Craig’s character dissociates a handful of times, and the second half of the film after they arrive in the jungle is very surreal, impossible to tell what is reality and what isn’t, and characters dissociate and experience depersonalization.

The movie title is said throughout, and characters describe themselves using the F slur and other epithets. I don’t think there are any instances of these words being directed at people as slurs- mostly used as reclaimed words.
