The main villain is obsessed with cockroaches and even turns himself into a freaky cockroach body. In the final battle, he transforms Gru’s baby into a cockroach as well, but he’s transformed back at the end.
Kind of. When Gru is hanging off a pole after Maxime turns Junior into a cockroach, he says, "It's okay Junior, dada loves you."
He doesn't die, and I might be misinterpreting, but I very much took that as him sacrificing himself.
Some minor ones, but some are predictable and all are played for laughs.

For example, a minion using X-ray glasses, the viewers watching through that minion’s POV, and suddenly another minion appearing on the screen to scare the other and us. Balloons suddenly popping and scaring Gru and possibly some viewers.
There are a couple more of situations like this apart from the ones I listed above, and there are a lot of sudden loud noises as well.
there are a few instances where background minions drink something disgusting, gag, and spit it out. it’s not clear if it’s vomit but the motions make it appear so.
Not directly or in a way that’s likely to be triggering but it’s clear that Maxime le Mal is based on the competition between Megamind and Despicable Me, hence him being voiced by Will Ferrell.
Debatable. Gru has a Slavic accent, a large nose, and wears black. He also steals expensive things and (in at least the previous films) has an overbearing mother. He’s never implied to be Jewish but it’s possible that his character is built on antisemitic tropes.
Maxime says that Gru has a "dad bod" in a derogatory manner. There is a visual joke about the martial arts teacher being fat. One of the Mega Minions is fat and his superpower is eating objects that aren't food.
I don't know if in the original version this happens aswell, but in the latin american spanish dubbed version, the lady that has her hair ruined by Lucy has an stereotipical Russian accent.
Opening scene is a fancy car racing & drifting up a hill road. Also a tiny version of the same car skids and tips on its side a couple seconds after.
Many cars honk in traffic while dropping off kid at school.
