This tv show contains 40 potentially triggering events.
There are very graphic scenes of war in the Wild West. There are times where people die in battle and the horses presumably run away. A fort is also destroyed/burned and we know animals were there, so they may have been abandoned.
In the first episode, a camp is attacked and many wagons and tents are on fire, though we don’t see anyone in detail burning. In the last episode, a fort is burned to the ground. Some make the choice to stay and drink in the bar while it burns, and seem to “go down with the ship”.
The main character is apparently travelling to meet her husband. In the last episode, the main character and her 'travel guide' begin to have feelings for one another and share a kiss. It is brief and the guide dies shortly after. The main character decides not to go meet her husband. It's not clear if this 'husband' even exists because we never meet him in the show. The main character is known to tell lies, as she is on the run and there is a bounty on her head.
A man shoots a little boy and then realizes what he has done and vomits. It’s on the first episode when the camp is attacked. When the boy comes running up yelling “pa” and the man shoots him, right afterwards he say “oh dear God” and pulls his hood off and vomits. I will say it didn’t bother me to much as it’s not very realistic. Looks more like drool than anything but just a heads up.
There is an attempted rape of a young woman who was in a teepee with her mom. Not sure if the man was her father but he seemed to be in a relationship with her mom.
There aren’t cars since it is set in the old American west. During a war scene, a woman and child are hiding under a wagon and a bull runs through the wagon, destroying it.
