Near the end of the episode, Rhiannon is taking Tink for a walk after work. She’s distracted by seeing her school bully on a billboard and rips out her hair, accidentally letting go of Tink’s lead and she is run over by a car. Rhiannon then burys Tink in the garden of her Dad’s house.
SPOILER - after Rhiannon looks at the billboard by the bus stop, she goes to inspect her scalp in the reflection on the bus stop. You can hear Tink whimper, and then there is a close up of her body - no detail, just some blood on the floor by her.
Roughly 20 mins into episode two, Dave Ferris says that his work college used to harass him and then eventually it escalated into him lying about Dave "being into little girls"
