Literally the second shot of the first episode is a fish stuffed with a dynamite. The car covered in fish guts is in the same episode, @ about 36:50, when the lawyer exits the bar. After the pool scene the guts are at display again, when he washes it.

S1E5 @ 31.30. They’re in the bathroom, they turn to leave and Ned is ill. It’s loud and graphic. Only lasts 2 seconds but pretty grosse.
