When a depressed woman is burglarized, she finds a new sense of purpose by tracking down the thieves alongside her obnoxious neighbor. But they soon find themselves dangerously out of their depth against a pack of degenerate criminals.
This movie contains 21 potentially triggering events.
Not "on-screen" in the sense that it's graphic but a scene does open with a character on the toilet mid-act. Oh and the act itself isn't shown but dog poop is, a couple of times
Someone gets shot in the hand towards the end of the movie. It's very quick but we do see their bloodied hand whenever they're on screen during that scene
Toward the end of the movie, a snake swims by a character, then it comes back a few minutes later, and every time you think it's done showing the snake, there is another snake scene.
Multiple characters lose multiple fingers to firearms. There is also a graphic scene in which a character manually breaks another character's ring finger.
* * * * * SPOILER WARNING * * * * *
There is a brief appearance of the main character's grandmother's ghost pointing her in the right direction when she is unable to find one of the other characters.
Spoilers below to give greater detail on when vomiting occurs:
It's around 1:14-1:16, occurs immediately after one character shoots another character inside of a home. Extensive vomiting scene, you can hear and see everything. Definitely would skip completely if you're upset by the act.
Yes. One character is extremely dismissive of the main character's concerns, and he implies that the main character's behavior is just coming from the fact that she hasn't been taking her prescription medications anymore after they were stolen from her home (one is for controlling anxiety and insomnia, the other is an antidepressant).
Not the n-word, but another anti-Black racist slur is used in the first few minutes of the movie, uttered by a dying old woman watching the news in her hospital bed
