The titular antagonist, Cassandra, is a malevolent AI that is based on the consciousness of a housewife who in flashbacks is shown to have experienced several upsetting or traumatizing events while alive.
In the present, Samira is constantly gaslit by her husband, David, and Cassandra (the AI). The kids are also gaslit by David, in regards to Cassandra’s malicious and manipulative behavior, after Samira is committed.
In the flashbacks, a teenage boy is gaslit by his mom after he is beaten by his peers… she purposefully makes him feel like he’s overreacting because she wants to keep it a secret.
There are a lot of unpleasant animal testing photos at around 22minutes in. They look like possible real photos of old medical experiments. There's also a dead sheep that looks like it's been experimented on. There are two cages of live mice. I found this scene quite upsetting to watch.
A dead mouse that Cassandra killed is seen in episode 1; it shows her running the mouse over as well as the child burying the mouse.
In episode 2 there is a dead animal (sheep?) Seen in the lab.
I think this is more of a personal perception. In Ep 2 in the lab there are photos of monkeys/chimpanzees? that they were using for research. They appear a bit sad.
In Polish version, the word "gwałt/zgwałcony" was used, which means "rape/raped", so I thought a warning would be useful.
Anyway, this warning might be helpful for poles.
Cassandra’s son Peter, is beaten up by the people in his soccer team due to them blaming him for losing a match. The act itself is not shown on screen but the wounds are. Finn is hit by his boyfriend(?) because he tried to hide their relationship. His internalised homophobia and fear of judgment being the cause for that.
Wife stops her husband before having sex, to pass him a condom. He does not put the condom on and has sex with her. Her facial expression shows she is not enjoying this. Timestamp around 18:45

Not squashed, but there’s head damage. In episode 5, during an experimental medical procedure, the patient’s brain is penetrated with a giant needle-like tube. Camera cuts away before you see it go in but you hear screaming and audio gore.
It is not shown on screen but the suicide of Samira‘s sister is discussed a lot. It is a pretty central theme in the series because it is why they moved into the new house. The trauma of losing her sister that way is used to gaslight Samira
A teenage character played by an actor in his 20s is seen at night in his underwear, however this is not presented in a sexual context.
There is brief, partial, incidental nudity during a flashback where a 16/17 year old chatacter's genitals can be partially seen through the pant leg of his soccer uniform, however this is almost certainly no more than a wardrobe malfunction caught on camera. This character is also played by an actor in his 20s.
(Spoiler) There is quite a bit of focus on a parent with terminal illness and the child’s grief at losing them. Another parent dies at the same time as their child.

In the flashback scenes that explain the background of the house, a central character suffers from an unspecified but very aggressive cancer that is ultimately fatal. A large part of that episode is dedicated to that topic.
Samira's sister is incarcerated for mental treatment. She is shown in their home as emotionally turbulent and inadvertently causes physical harm to a child when escalated, and ultimately the character commits suicide.
Quite offensively. It is implied that someone got aggressive a few minutes after dinner because they didn't take their medicines before dinner. Their attitude change is quite sudden and doesn't fit how any mental illness works or how any psychiatric medication works either.
Overt homophobia throughout. One teenage boy is beaten by his peers in the 70s. A modern teenaged boy is punched in the face by his boyfriend when their classmates walk in on them kissing. I don’t speak German but there is also a word used that is translated as “sissy” to describe a young boy.
One of the main characters has a sister struggling with mental illness. She is shown at times to be emotionally unstable and even potentially violent when she inadvertently cuts her young niece's arm with scissors. The husband makes it clear he doesn't think she is safe in the house, while his wife defends her sister, telling him that he is biased by stereotypes.
The real Cassandra believes her husband is cheating on her, then we see how the woman she suspected looks like, and we’re supposed to guess that means he isn’t cheating on her. The only thing that stands out about that woman is that she’s fat. So he can’t be cheating on his wife with a fat woman.
There is a scene where a grown man swims at home in his pool, he then strips naked to dry off and there is several lingering shots focused on the backside of his naked body while a character stares at them.
There is a brief scene where an underage character (16/17 years old in the story) wearing a soccer/football uniform sits on the ground and his testicles are incidentally partially visible through the pant leg of his shorts. The character is played by an actor in his 20s.
A school shooting is alluded to. Not graphic but highly triggering for those affected as the gunshot sound is heard while the hallway of the school is in view with the door to the aula.
