Somewhat irresponsible drinking but not habitual abuse. One challenge calls for a contestant to get intoxicated as quickly as possible. Several precautions are explicitly mentioned: the contestant eats something, spaces the alcoholic drinks, and is not the team member responsible for driving.

I don't remember which season/episode, but there was one where an ant got trapped in something as a challenge. I'm sure there's other examples, but as far as I can remember it's only insects.

The contestant who attempts the "pastry mile" challenge vomits three times. Each time, the scene quickly cuts away and nothing is shown, but retching noises are audible for a second before the cut.
