Only fictionally. A character from the comics named Cryzel has her leg and tail amputated, but they are miraculously reattached (but it’s not very consoling).

Also, another character named Punchy has his tail ripped off, in a reference to the anime Dragon Ball. Although this is slapstick and the first example is meant to be negative, his tail does not grow back.

Chris gets a piercing on her perineum, calling it the "unclit." It gets infected and eventually rejected from her body. After the "unclit" incident, she begins to listen to binaural beat videos to "grow a labia" in her perineum. After using the binaural beats, she ends up getting drunk and cutting a hole in her perineum after "feeling her labia wanting to break through." There's a blurred photo of the hole in her taint in the part it takes place in.

Both in reality and in fiction. Chris is harassed to a point which may be considered torture (informally, as no legal case has been filed). There are also several torture scenes in Chris’ comics featuring depictions of real people. As well as enemies of Chris writing out a lengthy description of themselves torturing a character from the comics.

Christine is autistic IRL and her autism is one of the most recurring themes. Sadly, her many terrible actions and bigotries have been exploited by ableists to justify their ableism (e.g. comparing all autistic people to her). The documentary rarely misrepresents her (aside from initially misgendering her), though.

most of the documentary revolves around sex and chris desperately trying to get a girlfriend. there are videos of chris masturbating and humping a sex doll and her console. her sonichu comics are filled with sex scenes, though sometimes they are censored with fruits. she proves that rosechu is a cis woman by drawing a camel toe on her in several comics. chris also draws a crude drawing of one of her irl friends nude. in april 2012, chris claimed to have lost her virginity to a prostitute named "mia hamm"

Definitely in the comics, Chris made several homeless characters and for some reason proudly boasted that the fictional town in the comics has a large homeless population.
