In a way. The show is a mystery, so characters are frequently lied to, told to stop looking for evidence, or told that certain events never happened. Not in the traditional context of abuse though.

Frequent underage drinking and smoking weed. At one point a side character is shown crushing Adderall. In season 2 a brief reference is made to mushrooms.

only instances are in episodes one and five of season two. in episode one, at the end with the interview with the grandma, an image of someone graphically vomiting is shown with no audio for a few seconds. unlike what the other comment said, this never comes up again. in episode five, vomiting is a major plot point and described a lot. around 9 minutes in, a 3d recreation is shown of two characters vomiting which is not graphic. around 17 minutes in, this is shown again but with real people, with vomit shown on screen. there are very muffled noises accompanying this but hard to hear, and this only lasts around 15 seconds. these are the only instances of vomit in the whole show.

The opening scenes of season 2 involve extremely graphic depictions of, well, poop. People pooping themselves. Images and videos of “The Brownout” are interspersed throughout the season. It’s pretty gross, even if you don’t consider yourself sensitive to this sort of thing.

Mostly in season 1. A character is dismissed as a suspect because “he’s too fat”. A running gag is a fat side character who lists fast food restaurants.

Mostly in the form of dick jokes, given the subject matter of season 1. High school hookups are a frequent topic of discussion. Additionally, there is a non-graphic animated depiction of a handjob. In both seasons underage characters’ (and some adults’) censored nude photos/videos are shown.
