Almost everything Charles does and says to Diana in the second half of season four. She is specifically quoted "He's telling everyone I'm mad and I feel like I'm going mad."

S1E6, around 10:10: A man shows a slideshow of Egypt, the shot of the first dancer is quickly followed by another shot of a woman dancing with several snakes around her neck. The man is reporting on the political situation in Egypt and the pictures of the female dancers are supposed to bring some comic relief to the male audience. Easily skippable.

Kind of, nothing untoward is ever depicted or suggested in this regard. However, we are shown that at the start of Charles and Diana's relationship (which began just after her 18th birthday) there was a fourteen year age gap. As well as an imbalance of life experience and power dynamic which at least hint that he was taking advantage of her.

(SPOILER) This happens a lot: In season 1, Prince Phillip is shown almost cheating with a reporter, but it doesn't happen at the end. It is clear that he cheated sometimes but it's not shown.
In season 3, Princess Margaret's husband cheat on her multiple times, including an entire episode when he leaves with her mistress. The princess algo cheats, mainly because of despair.
In season 4, Prince Charles cheats with Camilla multiple times.

Unless you consider distant cousins getting married to be incestuous, there is no incest in the show. And even that isn’t really directly discussed and is fairly normal for royal marriages.

In S1E1, about halfway through, there are multiple scenes with an operation happening that show a lot of blood and extreme gore (a shot of inside the chest cavity). Close your eyes right after they say "There's been a call from England" at the party, and open when you hear the car motor. Close them again when the grandma says "It's been two hours," and open again when you hear "I'm happy to say the procedure went well." Close them one more time when Prince Philip goes into the room to see his father, and open when you hear the radio voice. The sound is not very graphic, it's very quiet and mild. There's also a part in the same episode around 36:43 (that entire scene) where the grandpa is holding a bloody handkerchief while talking to the doctor for a few seconds.

There is distant gunfire of rifles being shot into the air and subsequent laughter. No violence.
