Peppa Pig is an energetic piggy who lives with Mummy, Daddy, and little brother George. She loves to jump in mud puddles and make loud snorting noises.
This tv show contains 41 potentially triggering events.
In one episode, they make a joke where Freddy Fox says he had dinner in a rabbit hole, and his dad says he’s proud of him, but it’s only wordplay and Rebecca and her family are unharmed.
I don't recall anyone actively falling down stairs, but in one episode, Richard Rabbit cries at the prospect of needing to go downstairs because the Rabbits' home, by virtue of being a burrow, lacks them. He makes it down the steps safe and unharmed.
In a weirdly high stakes moment for a pre-k show, Daddy Pig falls out of a freaking plane and has to be rescued by Mummy Pig. Iirc, while he does fall through the school roof, he is ultimately unharmed. I almost wish I was making this up.
“Actually mentally ill enough” sure it’s a preschool show, but people are triggered by large bodies of water. It can remind them of certain things like drowning, falling in water, etc. this is disrespectful.
George has an anxiety attack when Peppa pushes him too high because of his acrophobia. Daddy Pig borders on an anxiety attack when he is shown a spider.
Baby Alexander is Peppa's cousin, and Rosie and Robbie rabbit are Richard and Rebecca's baby siblings.
MARCH 8TH 2025: Mummy Pig is pregnant with a third baby. The ultrasound is shown in promo material and not in the show proper, and even then, it's very unrealistic thanks to the show's artstyle.
There is dangerous driving, though. In "The Holiday House", the family are on holiday in Italy. While there, Daddy Pig drives the wrong way down a busy motorway (!) but does not crash.
A policeman does pull him over, but not to reprimand him - he only stopped them so he could return a lost teddy bear to Peppa.
