Todd Johnson is burned alive in an interrogation room by the mole in the CBI after Red John realizes Todd knows too much about him. It comes out of nowhere but is shown from a distance and only for a couple seconds. Just know that when Patrick walks to the interrogation room to speak with Todd, as he opens the door, he sees Todd running around on fire. He survives the incident and is later visited in the hospital by Patrick. Todd, while in a full body cast, suddenly wakes up and turns towards Patrick, says a few important words and then his heart stops. Definitely sent chills down my back
