Not physically, but lots of neglect. On a deeper analysis of the movie, it's kinda implied a possible sexual abuse

SPOILER
in the end it's revealed that the main character, a 15 years old, is the demon itself, terrorizing and hurting her brother and sisters. On a deeper analysis the demon is probably the manifestation of the resentment, guilt and responsability the main character has towards her siblings and the mother that is absent and neglect them all. It doesn't end well for the teenager, so yeah, some kind of "the abused become the abuser" phylosophy, though it is a pretty good represenation of how a person is affected by traumatic childhood

i would say somewhat, the main character sees ghosts and demons, the mother doesn't believe her and tells her to stop scaring her younger siblings with what she was seeing

Not abuse. But around the 34 minute mark a young boy in the bath is shown with bright red skin where a supernatural entity apparently turned on the hot water tap when his caretaker was out of the room. The movie also centers on a high school-aged girl dealing with possession while she is the sole day-to-day caretaker for her three younger siblings

Not actual pedophilia BUT people could find triggering some scenes: some adults are shown having ambiguous behaviours with children/teenagers and on a deeper analysis of the movie, could be possible that the father sexually abused the kids, thus his apperance as a ghost naked and all the clues about gripping hands, children wetting the beds, etc

There is an eating scene in which Veronica repeatedly pokes herself in the mouth with a fork, it’s not known whether she is hitting or stabbing herself but blood-colored meatball sauce pours out of her mouth. May cause triggers.

There's no gagging or actual vomit, but she spits out a meatball and the sauce is visually similar, especially since there's a fair bit of it.

main character squeezes a shard of glass till her hand bleeds, and goes to slit her throat a bit later, but the latter doesn't actually happen. happens after the mirror shatters near the end and the almost throat slitting happens after she finds her brother in the closet plugging his ears.

Not really but some references to menstruation seen as uncomfortable by the main character. Not for gender related issues though, but more of a "it means I'm becoming a woman and growing up and that feels like too much for me"

There are scenes that border on claustrophobia due to tight camera angles or the character being restrained and breathing fast.

What is seemingly a suicide (protagonist slitting her throat with broken glass) is actually the demon/ghost controlling her, and she does not die from the slice. In fact has no marks at all due to it. She dies from being devoured by the monster

There is a lot of harsh lighting changes at the very beginning due to the plot device of the solar eclipse. Others occur near the end when lights and electronics flash on/off and burst.

In the end I think they do show actual photos from a crime scene and in subtitles is explained the true story that the film is based on. It could make it more jarring but I don't know if it's really breaking the fourth wall

-veronica's finger gets cut on glass during the seance in the beginning. though you don't see the cut itself, just a above shot of the blood dripping onto the board from her finger.
-about a hour in she has a nightmare of her siblings eating her arms and a large bloodstain shows up on the blanket near her crotch before she wakes up. its not super-super graphic but they do have a few closeups of the girls eating her arms.
