Many characters are introduced without giving a proper goodbye, some sre nust for conveniencesake but other ties in with one of the themes from the anime, where characters finds it really hard to to let go of things, either it being feelings or people.

Not physically/verbally abusive, but Edward's father is depicted as neglectful in the episode "Hard Luck Woman" and neglect could be considered a form of abuse.

This depends on your perception. In the episode "Hard Luck Woman" Edward chooses to return to her father who abandoned her at a daycare many years ago. One might perceive this as her forgiving the father who neglected her. One could also argue she never held a grudge against him in the first place and thus wouldn't need to "forgive" him, since she is depicted as a care-free child who just goes where the tides take her.

The main antagonist couple in episode 1 is shown to have a very toxic relationship. There is no hitting and very little shouting except for near the end. This is also when one of them ends up shooting the other dead.

no, but there is a scene in “stray dog strut” where a dog is sprayed something that makes him fall unconscious. we see the dog recovered in the same episode.
in “toys in the attic” a dog is seen lying on the floor with a non graphic injury (it appears as a purple spot) & his tongue sticking out of his mouth, but he’s audibly whimpering.

In the episode "Boogie Woogie Feng Shui" Jet (a 39 year old man) develops a crush on a teenage girl named Meifa. Her age is never explicitly stated, but an old photograph of Jet, Meifa, and her father from ten or eleven years prior to the series has Mefa looking around five or six, meaning she's likely seventeen at most. Nothing physically happens between the two, but I found some of the episodes dialogue disturbing as someone who was groomed by an older man as a teenager. Thankfully, this episodes plot feels isolated and nothing of note happens, so it's easily skippable.

In episode 12: Jupiter Jazz, there is a transmisogynistic caricature of a sex worker. There are other transphobic moment in that & the following episode where a character with an ambiguous gender is forcibly outed when someone walks in on them in the shower. They are transmisogyny-aligned and I would say the treatment of this character is quite fetishistic & disrespectful at times.

This is a little subjective. There is one character who is intersex and states that they are neither male nor female, but does not state their pronouns. That character is frequently referred to as He. Also, Edward always speaks in third person and never states preferred pronouns, and is referred throughout the show as He and She. Both characters are asked if they are a boy or a girl, multiple times.

Faye regularly dresses in skimpy clothes and gets a lot of lewd looks. One could argue that's what she wants and it's sexually empowering to her. One could also argue she's a victim of the male gaze.
There's also a scene in the first episode where a group of old men oogle the breasts of a woman. The same can be said for her, since she might've been showing them off, so she might've been toying with them.
