18 mins into episode 4 there is a thought of Kit beating up Alma. Its onlt a few seconds and it never actually happened but it is very graphic and difficult to watch. Women are also slapped and degraded a lot during this show, especially by Dr Arden

There is a lot of forms of gaslighting throughout this show. I believe it's a premise actually. Most of the characters go through things that others don't believe or try to make them forget (e.g. deem them mentally unstable etc.)

About 18 mins into episode 1, shelly is extremely creepy and touchy with new guy Kit. Dr Arden attemps to rape a prostitute he made dress up as a nun at around 36 mins into episode 2. In episode 3 towards the end, when Shelly is in Dr Ardens office he rapes her on screen. About 25 minutes into episode 4 Dr Thredson begins conversion therapy with Lana, making her throw up while looking at pictures of woman. He then brings in a naked guy and tells her to touch herself and then him. She is sobbing the whole time and then throws up at the end. It's horrible watch. At about half an hour into episode 4 Kit and Grace are thrown into cells next to eachother and Grace then tells Kit she was sexually abused by her father, while her mother did nothing. About 8 mins into episode 6, Thredson gets very intimate with a dead body. 30 mins into episode 6 again, Thredson sucks on Lana's breasts without consent.
10-11 minutes into episode 7, Thredson rapes Lana onscreen. 3 ish minutes into episode 8, the killer dressed as sanata threatens to rape the couple. About 13 minutes into episode 10 the satanic nurse rapes the monsignor on screen. 20 mins into episode 11, Thredson rapes a dead body on screen. I think there that's everything.

In episode 11 when Lana points a gun at Thredson, it shows us a flashback to thredson raping a dead body.

A boy is brought in, possessed by a demon and following an failed exorcism (resulting in the boys death) a nun is possessed for the remaining part of the series, though mostly it’s shown in a change of personality and as the demon “hiding” to fit in and using the facility to its own desires

SERIES 2 !! (made with the help of emetophobia warnings tumblr).
ep1 — SAFE-ISH!
30 minutes and 46 seconds in, kit eats some food, and spits it back out. Slight g*g sound, however he DOES NOT actually v*. Shouldn’t be too triggering.
//
ep2 — SAFE!
(However 32 minutes and 56 seconds in, a boy is getting an exorcism begins to foam at the mouth. It’s also shown again at 34 minutes. There’s no triggering audio, and I personally did not find it triggering at all.)
//
ep3 — SAFE!
(lana’s girlfriend says she’s going to be sick 1.40 minutes in, but isn’t)
//
ep4 — UNSAFE!
24 minutes and 54 seconds in, Lana is given therapy to “cure” her. She is shown indecent images of naked women, and is made to v* at the sight of them. Very graphic visual and audio. I found it best to mute and look away. It’s safe to unmute and watch at 26 minutes and 6 seconds, but at 28 minutes and 29 seconds she v* again. The scene ends at 28 minutes and 40 seconds, and is completely safe from that point on.
//
ep5 — SAFE!
//
ep6 — SAFE!
(15 minutes in they are in a tuberculosis ward, there is coughing but no one v* so don’t get worked up about that. It’s not very triggering I just thought I’d let you know because I was a bit nervous.)
//
ep7 — SAFE!
(mention of v* though. when a man comes into judy’s apartment around 24 minutes in, he mentions she smells of v*- however, you don’t see anything).
//
ep8 — UNSAFE!
18 minutes in, Lana v* into a bowl. Slight visual/ does have audio. She stops v* at 18 minutes and 15 seconds, however she does keep the bowl in her hands. You can’t actually see the contents of the bowl though. If you want to skip the whole scene, it ends at 19 minutes, and all you miss is kit being in the bed behind the curtain.
//
ep9, 8, 11 & 12 — SAFE!
//
ep13 — SAFE-ISH!
18 minutes and 15 seconds in, sister Jude is shown getting a “detox” through a time lapse. In the time lapse she is shown holding her stomach, coughing and g*gging. I didn’t find it too triggering as I don’t think she actually v*, the time lapse ends at 18 minutes and 34 seconds. The rest of the episode is safe.

Yes, “old fashioned” ECT is used without consent and person being conscious and without any anaesthetic. It’s quite graphic and people are shown with burns on their temples afterwards.
Modern day ECT (which is rarely used) is quite different as patients give written consent and are sedated for the procedure as well as giving a much milder shock of electrical stimulation. It’s given in cases where medication is ineffective (often after having tried different medications), after prolonged consultation with specialists and the patient being fully aware of what they consent to. As mentioned; the modern procedure sedate the patient as well as giving muscle relaxant to minimise spasms. It’s far from the violent depiction here. Thought I’d leave this note (having a friend who was treated for bipolar disorder through this method) in case anyone wanted to know

Attempted self abortion, later a character goes to have an abortion but changes her mind last minute before the procedure starts. You see all preparations being made so it’s very very last second that it’s stopped, and since that imagery can be triggering I thought it worth to mention

Yes, but most of the time where it’s FULL nudity it’s not sexual. Two female characters are nude, one shown full body from the back, in hydrotherapy scene. Nudity is shown during alien abduction and male nudity is shown when doctor “examines” (looks more like torture) a character, both examples blurr front nudity

There is no literal diagnose, but one woman's symptoms suggest it.
