A man is rough and aggressive while drunk with his wife and it's implied this is a pattern and that there a coercive sexual element to it although nothing is shown explicitly. It's later implied that he killed her.
An elderly woman rushes into her bathroom and we see her start to take down her pants but then sit and cry and then we see liquid trickle out of her pant leg.
We also see one dog, through a fence, barking and portrayed as scary from the pov of the main character.
