100%, the gore can vary in some parts depending on how you choose to go about it but a certain level is inevitable.
death animations if caught by a bloater are probably some of the worse parts, also in left behind there’s a pretty nasty cutscene where ellie cuts the throat of an infected, and a scene where joel is impaled by a piece of metal lasts pretty long and it’s quite disgusting.
