Two different teens are physically and psychologically abused by a mentor figure in S1E13 "Apprentice - Part 2" and S2E13 "Aftershock - Part 2" but ultimately fight back and escape. Another teen's father is abusive, featured in the season four finale "The End" , but again, they fight back and defeat him.
Beast Boy occasionally transforms into a snake if the situation requires it. There is a snake character in S4E2 "The Quest" that is sentient and fairly benevolent.
There is a moth-human villain with an army of mutant moths featured in S2E6 "Date with Destiny" and S3E10 "Can I Keep Him?" as well as the two-part season 5 finale. One of the moth larva is taken in by the Titans as a pet and featured in "Can I Keep Him?" as well, along with a few cameos in other episodes. There is an insect-like alien villain in S2E7 "Transformation" A heroic side character is bumblebee-themed.
Multiple times throughout the show, many characters (heroes and villains) are restrained. Namely in S1E10 "Mad Mod", S2E25 "Aftershock Part 1", and S3E5 "Haunted".
S4E3 "Birthmark" has a scene that has a lot of imagery resembling sexual assault, including an antagonist chasing a teen, ripping off most of her clothes and restraining her as she cries in pain. No actual sexual assault.
In S4, a character appears to actively drown in mud and is forced beneath it. In S5, there's a brief (mostly played for laughs) scene of a character nearly slipping all the way into some quicksand, but is saved
Psychologically in some more serious episodes, in one episode specifically- "Haunted" S3E5, one of the main villains of the show stalk and continues to attack one of the Titans throughout the episode.
S3E28, a character jumps off a cliff to escape the main characters, but doesn’t die. the camera cuts back to the main characters before he hits the ground/escapes some other way.
A teenager is frozen in stone in S2E13 "Aftershock - Part 2" and it is treated like a death, though others hope to find a way to free her someday. She is alive in a much later episode.
Raven's father dies in S4E13 "The End- Part 3", but considering said father is literally Satan, no one's weeping for him. Her mother is heavily implied to be dead in a vision/flashback in S4E7 "The Prophecy"
The rest of the main characters have at least one dead parent if one is familiar with the characters' lore, but it's never mentioned in the series, other than a brief reference in S3E5 "Haunted"
S1E02, no cheating, but a main character (starfire) believes her older sister (blackfire) is trying to win over her crush, another main character (robin). just jealously, but may be upsetting to sensitive viewers.
There are really no cops in TT, save for some guard-like characters who arrest villains when they're captured and guard the city's prisons. They are dressed in science fiction-esque suits with helmets and have ray-guns. It's safe to say that they aren't an accurate comparison to real officers
Arguable; during one episode, Raven is seen in an all-white room and mentions hallucinating, and it could be assumed that she is being institutionalized.
Not in an actual hospital, but at the home tower of the Teen Titans, there is a room that functions as a hospital room for when the main characters get injured. It is briefly shown throughout the series, but most often in season 3, episode 5 “Haunted”.
In S3E5 of the series, a character experiences very violent and visceral hallucinations that they are convinced are really happening, but it's later revealed that they've been unintentionally harming themself by trying to fight off these hallucinations. So, while unintentional, yes
While not framed as a traditional suicide, characters do sometimes die willingly, believing that they deserve it or that they are making noble sacrifices
Most episodes on this show contain a mild to moderate amount of flashing lights. Two episodes in particular however, contain a substantial amount of flashing/strobe effects, those being "Forces of Nature" and "Apprentice - Part 2".
In S4E6 "Troq" a minor character treats Starfire poorly because she is part of an alien race and calls her "troq," which is a slur for her race. Her friends support her when they become aware of the issue. No real-life examples of hate speech.
The T-ship, a sort of aircraft capable of going underwater and into space, crashes multiple times throughout the series, but none of these crashes are graphic or lead to heavy injuries
there are blood cells shown on-screen in the “apprentice” 2-part season finale of season 1, but no one actually bleeds. in the movie, “teen titans: trouble in tokyo”, pink paint on a main character (robin) is assumed to be blood by the public. no actual blood or gore besides close-ups of blood cells.
In Season 5, there is a character with powers who creates a nuclear-esque explosion by accident but this the only one. There are many other minor explosions.
There is mild gun violence, but in the way that it is a superhero cartoon and some characters use blasters. As far as I recall there isn't any straight up bullets, and no characters are ever shot by a blaster or gun.
