Not in any of the initial games, but during FNAF Pizzeria Simulator, there is a dog death mentioned, and seen in an 8-bit style minigame if you play one of the arcade games necessary to obtain the Loremaster achievement.
Not necessarily abandoned, but several parents have neglected to watch their kids while in the pizzaria, resulting in them getting murdered by the owner.
Commonly, being stalked by animatronics is a description for the game. They swarm your office and can stare at you for moments of time, and you technically yourself stalk the robots through the cameras.
Not sure if it qualifies as a drug, but William Afton uses a substance called Remnant to prevent his soul from leaving his body even after death, essentially turning him into an intelligent zombie.
I'm pretty sure it's confirmed that the whole fnaf 4 thing was kids were put in an experiment and were drugged or something to hallucinate the nightmare animatronics? Idk tho
There are fan interpretations of William Afton being a child molester, but there is zero in-game, canon, or non canon lore in the series that backs this up. Just be careful on Twitter.
In the Fnaf book ‘The Twisted Ones’ the main character gets trapped in a animatronic and said animatronic digs into the ground. The character is described having to struggle to breathe and not suffocate while dirt seeps in.
Yes, in the Fnaf 4 ending Mini-game a childs head is forced inside a animatronics jaws and the animatronic bites down. There is no blood and it’s all 8-bit. There’s also been references to “The Bite Of 87” and in Fnaf 1 phone guy makes a off-hand remark about “how it’s amazing the body can live without the frontal lobe.”. Fnaf 2 also has the Mangle Jumpscare swing down from above and bite in the head area but nothing is actually shown.
You could argue when William was in the Springtrap suit, he had a lot of broken bones. And also the child in the 4th game having his skull crushed by Fredbear.
Yes and no. Once the purple guy is inside the springlocked suit it suddenly locks him in spraying blood everywhere. He collapses to the ground, shaking in pain. The scene itself is pixelated.
Interestingly, despite the dark subject matter of the series, no gore is ever shown point-blank. The closest we see is in atari-style minigames and various springtrap designs if you look hard enough.
The entire premise of the game, as seen in Easter Egg newspaper clippings throughout the first game, and continued in the lore of the entire franchise, involves a child murderer killing kids in Freddy's Pizzeria, and their souls possessing the robots.
Many people thorough the series. But as for the first game, your player character can get killed by animatronics, it's implied that the animatronics are haunted by spirits of murdered children and, on Night 4, Phone Guy dies.
In the fourth game of the saga there's a mangled fox toy on the floor in one of the minigames. Additionally, I believe there's also plushes who have their head removed.
The premise of the game is that there are a bunch of creepy looking haunted robots out to get you. Occasionally, an apparition of Golden Freddy will menace the player.
In Sister Location Custom Night, a minigame styled to Atari shows a purple man walking to the end of the street of his neighborhood. His head is shaking and his stomach starts moving around before he vomits out robot parts. No realistic vomit sounds, just a weird noise. The character vomits it all out in a second as it lands in the sewer.
At the end of Help Wanted the player is locked behind a steel door, but I don't know if that counts and I don't think actual jail/prison ever shows up in any of the games.
In pizzeria simulator, there is an illustration of a character that represents the protagonist in a straight jacket and in a room. This is only shown during an ending.
FNAF creates much of its tension by placing the player in conditions that might trigger claustrophobia (being unable to move, confinement to a relatively small space, etc.)
A few sentient animatronics are canonically referred to with multiple pronouns and gendered language throughout canon. It is unclear which pronouns they actually use and there is a lot of discourse around these characters.
not canonically, but there are some awful ships within the fandom such as Springtrap X Puppet. The ships aren't canon, but some people ship them. (disgusting and disturbing.)
UCN is speculated to take place in the antagonist's own personal hell. Also the antagonist is referred to as a demon in certain dialogues, but he is/was just a normal human.
In the game, no. In the fandom, yes, there is plenty of sexual content floating around online, so be careful when looking up fanmade content for this game.
There is an easter egg in Ultimate Custom Night and an ending in FNaF World involving Old Man Consequences. In order to leave the area (in both games) you have to crash your game by drowning yourself in the pond that Old Man Consequences is fishing in
I'd say there are enough descriptions of gore to warrant a yes. Plus in the game over screen of FNAF 1 and in Springtrap's model in FNAF 3 you can see a bit of gore if you're looking for it.
