Possibly. The main character is worried his friend has broken a bone after falling from a great height and discusses this with a woman whose arm is in a sling.
His favourite bird dies when she flies into a window. He possibly kills a snake that is attacking a seagull. Off screen his mother and the butcher kill his pigeons.
Although the title character loves birds, he still catches many. Off screen his mother poisons birds. Another character sells dogs to a slaughter house.
No, but there is dubious consent. At the start the main character is making out with a girl, he touches her breasts over her bra and she pushes his hand away and says she isn’t in the mood and he says that she is and continues to caress her. She is not shown to be in any distress. Later he touches a nurse’s breast and then apologises.
The main character makes out with several women, possibly having sex in one scene as they are shown writhing on the ground. A woman is topless in one scene but the title character after briefly touching her breasts is uninterested in her. The main character describes sexual acts to his friend.
