Towards the end of the movie, they ask Steve Carell's character how he got there. It shows a flashback of him in a small plane that's flipping and you see vomit all over the windows of the plane. He starts talking and the vomit starts coming out of the barf bag. It's very gross, so when you see them asking him how he got there, look away.
